Project Overview

In response to security constraints at the workplace, our initiative involves devising a shared office platform for all designers. The initial strategy revolves around standardizing a presentation template to ensure ease of use in design. Implementing this approach enables the seamless creation of template by simply replacing text and images on the template.

Duration: 2 months

Problem

Our office software is currently confined to the Microsoft suite. Sharing files, particularly slides or PDFs, involves a cumbersome process of uploading and downloading, making it tedious to open and share files collaboratively without the ability to edit them together.

Goal

Designing a user-friendly and efficient slides platform not only saves time on future presentation layouts but also facilitates seamless group collaboration.

Design brief

I conducted an in-depth analysis of template features in platforms such as Google Slides, Keynote, and Microsoft PowerPoint, while also examining presentations from previous Citi designers. Subsequently, I developed a comprehensive template comprising 12 categories and 64 screens, ensuring users have a versatile framework to present any content commonly used in presentations.

Easy sync

The component design empowers users to dynamically adjust font size and color selections across all templates, ensuring flexibility and consistency. With a simple one-click action, changes can seamlessly synchronize links across each page.

Easy onboard

To enhance user experience, instructions has been incorporated to guide users work with library and components. From adding first page to final thank-you page, each step is meticulously explained with detailed instructions and usage specifications.
